„Good for the price!“

„We stayed at the Resort to do the geocaching Geotour in and aroud Wilburforce. Most other places were either booked or they already wrapped up operations for the season. The cabin was great, quiet and well-equipped with everything you need. Check-in and parking was easy and we truly enjoyed our stay. Food at the restaurant was of high quality, so we ate there 2.5 times in 3 days. We arrived around 7:30 p.m. on our second day to eat and the cook already left, because nobody showed up all evening ...

„I don't usually write reviews, but this place truly deserves one. Our stay was absolutely amazing and one of the best experiences we've ever had. From the very beginning, the communication with Karin was excellent. Due to unexpected delays, we couldn't arrive on our original booking date and had to postpone our arrival by one day. Karin was incredibly understanding, responded to all of our messages right away, and kindly allowed us to check in a day later without any hassle. She even made it ...

„Wir hatte eine schöne, erholsame Zeit. Essen sehr lecker. Ruhig gelegen. Leider sehr viele Stechmücken!“

„Overall rooms were clean well maintained. Shower heads could be replaced so they actually rinse properly. It would be nice if they had a fire pit area in behind of the building, pool access would be a nice fit. Overall staff was great very helpful with questions regarding check in. I'd definitely book there again without a doubt.“

„Vollständige Wohnung mit älterer Ausstattung, sehr gutem Frühstück und gastfreundlichem Service nahe Peterborough Lift Lock, danke!“

„They were easy to deal with. Good Breakfast and room.“

„Leider war meine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer defekt und wurde trotz mehrmaliger Bitte nicht getauscht. Am ersten Tag war ein Eishockey Club mit vielen Jugendlichen im Hotel, die sich an keine Ruhezeiten gehalten haben. Das Zimmer wurde auch nicht täglich gereinigt.“

„Altes uriges Haus. War sehr nett. Hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können, aber sonst zufrieden. Schöne Landschaft!“

„Beautiful place cosy and clean great location would defo come back“

„Gut gelegen für Ausflüge und Wanderungen.“

„Very nice staff, clean and comfortably rooms and delicious dinner. Really enjoyed my stay, would book again. “

„Vernachlässigtes hotel“

„Staff moved us from upper level to lower level, which was much better for myself being with medical issues, very much. Appreciated parking was in front of the room. Thank you“

„It was a very clean, newly updated room. The only issue is the a/c hardly blew out cold air. The weather was not to hot so it was not a huge deal but a hot summer night would be uncomfortable. It was a very quiet area and big parking spot which was good since we had our food trailer with us.“

„Lovely stay at a lovely property. Beds were comfy with glorious linens, in rooms on the smaller side. Stairs are curved and fairly steep so not great for anyone with stair issues. Spectacular views and gorgeous sitting areas in a unique rustic setting. Host went above and beyond to accomodate us. Kitchen was adequately stocked for basic meal prep. Would definitely recommend this place to others.“
