„Yes the room was spotless all was good “

„Rude staff wouldnt let me check in after 8 oclock had to sleep in the lobby as there was no after hours contact details and then at 7am the next daywhen reception opened told me i had to wait till 2 pm that day to check in even though my booking was for the night before. Couldnt understnd basic english.“

The pool is way to small and completely overcrowded - mostly with kids (just compare how small the pool is compared to the number of rooms in the three towers).
