Croissants could be fresh and not the ones in plastic bag with preservatives, the cereals could be in nice jars and not in the supermarket packaging, the cheese, ham and vegetables could be sliced better. This would improve the aesthetic of the buffet.“

Bei Buchung sollte der Gast unbedingt seine Mobilnummer mitliefern - ab einer gewissen Zeit ist keiner mehr an der Rezeption und man steht schlimmstenfalls vor komplett verschlossenen Türen auf der Straße...
