„House was comfortable, clean and well stocked. We were hiking a section of the AT and it was very convenient to several trailheads and a store in Bland. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch after our hikes amongst the peaceful countryside and friendly grazing cows! Awesome sunsets as a bonus.“

„The house with the fenced yard was excellent for our needs with 2 dogs and 5 people. Only issue was there wasn't much info provided about things like where to put the trash, setting up the tv, or any checkout instructions. But the property was really nice.“

„Nice ,clean property close to the river and walking distance to downtown.“

„We came here with both our girls and the husbands. They both have recently got married. So we are empty nesters. We had a blast. We played board games, had dinner, rode the creeper, shop and made tons of memories. We came here to celebrate mine and my husbands 50th birthdays “

„Comfortable little country home with a great hot tub. Nature views, animals coming through the back yard are always pleasing. We usually come in the fall, but it was great as well in the Spring. We bike the New River trail and look forward to coming “home” and relaxing afterwards. The outdoor furnishings need some work and windows and shades need some extra cleaning attention. That view from the expansive windows is a real eye-pleaser! We added an extra day to our stay. “

„We went for a 3 day weekend to run a trail race in Grayson Highlands state park. The house was a 30 minute drive from the park. Beautiful drive to the house and the park. We enjoyed resting at the house before and after our time at the park. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The property was lovely and we enjoyed walking the property and sitting outside reading.“

„Everything was great. The hosts were very generous and polite. They introduced themselves and then did not bother us at all; however they were very reassuring and told us to let them know if we needed them. They are a small farm and had chickens, ducks, a pig, and sheep. The animals were all very friendly and entertaining for us to watch while we sat on the porch. „Melissa and Brian's home was just as described. Peaceful, clean and quiet. Easy to locate. Comfortable beds. Driveway is on the steep side, which was disclosed in the listing. However, we had also stayed here in April and the driveway was not that bad. But, this month of May brought lots of rain and has made the driveway much more difficult with the washouts.
