„Place was great for us and the kids. It's small but enough room where you don't feel cooped up and ar bumping into eachother. House is clean and stocked with everything you need (linens, towels, beach supplies and even sunscreen) unlike many other places. Beach was great at high tide to swim. Low tide was nice but had to walk really far out to cool off. Was happy to have AC/minisplit to cool off with this heat. Would definitely come again.“

„The little touches included with this listing are what makes the difference between returning to a “house we rented” and returning to a “home away from home”. „This is a sweet, clean home at the end of a quiet cul de sac. The place feels clean and fresh, the outdoor shower smelled of new aromatic cedar, and they even had a disc golf basket and disks available for practicing! We arrived to home made cookies from Tara our host in honor of my wife's recent retirement. Wow! Tara and her team have done a great job here, highly recommended.“

„The Velvet Crab was just as pictured. What a haven. We wanted to do some different exploring on the Cape, since it's been a few years, but it was really hard to leave this sanctuary. We'd go out for a few hours and then couldn't wait to come back and just hang out. Loved the kayak, being on the pond, just everything. We'd love to come back. Tara and her people were very responsive, and we appreciated them letting us check in a few hours early. “

„Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!“

„Perfect place for our nine day Cape Cod adventures! Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The cottage itself was adorable and very comfortable. We enjoyed the outside deck, the firing, the boat dock, chairs, and I even took the kayak out twice, which was very, beautiful and relaxing. "Betten waren sehr bequem und Zimmer hübsch eingerichtet. Leider mussten wir den Zimmerservice täglich daran erinnern Kaffee & Duschgel nachzufüllen. Schade war auch dass für einen früheren Check in (1 Stunde vorher) nochmal 30 USD berechnet werden obwohl das Hotel komplett leer war. Wir waren mit einem schlafenden Neugeborenen dort. Sonst war die Anlage noch nicht fertiggestellt aber können es uns sehr gut vorstellen wenn das Café & Restaurant öffnet. Die beiden Pools waren super."
