„We stayed in Helena, it was very clean and well equipped. Concern about escape routes in the event of a fire. Some rooms didn’t have a large enough window to get out of. Swimming pool great, as was the hot tub. Lovely setting near Blandford. Would recommend getting shopping delivered as quite remote. “

„Room in a bad shape, but the bathroom was the most terrifying I ever experienced. A very very bad old urinary kind of smell. The toilet lid fell all the time down and a lot of foreign hair on the bathroom floor. Went back to the lady behind the bar and asked for another room mentioning the bad smell. According to her, no other room available.“

„This was our fourth stay at the cottage and the one thing I can say that we really like is consistency. It is always clean, welcoming and a bit of an oasis in the centre of Shaftesbury. We had a rental car and use of a parking space cannot be overstated in the town. The cottage is cozy and everything works!
