„This was a perfect spot from which to explore more of Vancouver Island than just Victoria. We are glad we found you! We hiked above Maple Bay to great views of the area. We had a beautiful day to walk the wide beach east of Parksville, then the beach walk at Qualicum. The rental was more than adequate for all we needed. The waterfront was calm and very pleasant. We watched animals, birds, boats, and the occasional sea plane. Thanks for making this spot available!“

We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. „It would have been a 6 out of 5 if that had been possible. We felt like guests more than renters. The hosts were very gracious and accommodating, including letting us feed and pet the horses, and sharing fresh vegetables from their garden. They also built a fire for us, amazing starry night right by the pond, serenaded by a symphony of frogs. Very pleasant stay, would recommend.“
