„The property was great, the stairs are very difficult to go down but with the size of the chalet I can understand why it is the way it is. Parking was right outside our door which was nice when unloading and loading the car. When we first got there, the room was very warm, but after opening both the upstairs and downstairs windows it cooled off pretty quickly. „Simple, clean with everything we needed in the kitchen. We had our dog, and there is really nothing a dog could ruin, which was perfect. We used the firepit in the pretty backyard. The beach was maybe 3 minutes by foot down the street. Now, if you want fancy stuff and major streaming services, etc., this wont be you place, but if you want big sky and back to basics it's a great spot. "Town"(Westport?) is about 6 miles down the road. “

„I loved how my dogs could roam the yard due do it being fenced! It felt homey and comfortable. It had everything we needed and owner answered my questions very quickly. Only thing I wished for is a four person sized table and chairs so we could have had the room to play cards or board games, and a little more room to eat. We’ll bring our folding card table and chairs along next visit. We’ll be back for sure!“

„We had a great stay at the Happy as a clam cottages. The cottage was very nice and clean. Being able to eat a few meals in using the full kitchen, BBQ was a plus. The location was perfect for our interests (it is very close to 2 very fine oyster farms/restaurants, several state parks, and a short drive to both the bay and oceanside of the peninsula. We would highly recommend.“

„We had a wonderful time with friends. It was a short drive to every place we wanted to go. Jack's Mercantile was amazing and we enjoyed the Cranberry Museum. Being elderly, next time we'll get a two bathroom place. The door lock was a challenge at times. We were able to relax and I didn't do any yard work which needed attention.“
