We could walk to many restaurants, boutiques, etc. it was great for my adult daughter and I for a few days getaway. It included free parking and was well supplied. There is a nightclub behind the apartment but the owner supplied white noise machines and ear plugs. The music from there did stop at a reasonable hour so really wasn’t much of an issue for us. „The house was immaculate, lots of little helpful details as well, from a binder of information to items like toothpaste if you forgot your own, and snacks (which made my college student immensely happy). If anything was amiss, the property owner responded immediately. You can see Smith Hall from the porch so that was a huge plus! I wish check in was a bit earlier than 4 pm. We will definitely be back again. “

„Second floor walk up, nice apartment for a weekend or week-long stay. Little dark and I wouldn't recommend anyone staying in the living room unless you're in, or recently graduated from college, but we found this place to be great for our needs. Good communication, snacks on arrival, clean, toiletries in the bathroom. There's a bit of a musty smell, but not strong or anything disconcerting.“
