„Excellent hotel! Property was clean and well maintained. Staff were wonderful. Very welcoming and accommodating. I forgot an item during checkout and they quickly shipped it to me within hours of me providing shipping information. Our room was a good size with enough storage space. Location is easy to access most of Columbus in a short amount of time. This was our first time staying at an Aloft hotel and I would gladly book here again. “

„I think the elevator room and hall smelt like marijuana. I thought the kitchen would of been open longer it was closed 5 minutes after we went down to eat. It isn't worth the price honestly almost 400 for one night it wasn't worth it to me. The pool was packed I understand being busy but we weren't able to utilize it by the time it closed out by the morning because of checkout being at 11.
