„During our July 3, 2026 stay at the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter, we experienced multiple issues that significantly impacted our visit. We were unable to access our original room after several failed key attempts and multiple trips to the front desk before being upgraded due to a broken door lock. „Absolutely phenomenal hotel staff was great accommodations checking in to make sure everything's OK. All of that. I will recommend a stay for anyone and when I'm in the area again for my daughter's basketball tournament at spooky we will not be staying anywhere else but this location thanks again.“
