„Horrible experience. Check in started at 3 and I arrived at 8. I was told my room was not ready and wouldn’t be for a couple more hours due to staffing shortage. The manager only offered to cancel my reservation or call me when a room was ready. My disabled veteran husband started having mental issues so they got us a room quicker. Then our room had no towels. I saw a teenage housekeeper in hall who gave us towels and found out her mom was assistant manager who asked her to come in and help out. ...

Rm 223 tub needs a handicap grab bar on back wall. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Location was very good for our trip and near the highway. Free WiFi and free parking are excellent.“

Some things starting to starting to show some age and wear, odd damp smell in the main floor hallway, but overall well maintained and I would choose to stay here again for another Kings Island visit.“
