„The air did not work in our room. We let them know and they switched us to the room next door. We went in and the air unit would not even come on. They switched us again to another room on the same floor and the same thing happened again. All of this going on after 11:00pm to a family of 4. After being switched to a 4th room on a different level, the air worked but the room had a weird smell. They were very happy to switch rooms and try to help us but it was pretty frustrating.“

„Due to the July 4th holiday, cleaning staff were not working, therefore our room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay. We had to request towels and were told there were no more wash rags. However, the hotel was very nice and we had no other inconveniences.“
