Hotels North Chelmsford

„000/10 I don't recommend staying there. We arrived early in the morning and the person who attended us charged us extra for staying in a non-smoking room when I specifically chose it that way. So they are misleading ads because they put the rooms as non-smoking and when you get to the counter it's something else. When we entered the room the bathroom was disgusting, yellow towels, there was no soap and they didn't change the towels either. Horrible experience, I don't recommend it“

„The room was very dirty and as others already mentioned they charge you twice and are not willing to issue a refund. “

„Pleasant surprise to find a clean, well maintained place. All the well thought out Marriott touches like plugs and charge ports where you need them, common sense lighting, comfy bed and super clean bathroom. The bar n bistro in the lobby was aa nice extra, and parking is free!“

„Great place to stay“
