„Great place!“

„Great location lots of options for restaurants, shopping and easy access to major highways. Quiet building and neighborhood. Only issues I would note there is a lot of old water damage in the unit. We stayed for about a month and it snowed for a few days. We had to purchase a space heater to keep the downstairs a comfortable temperature due to lack of windows and doors being sealed properly. That being said this type of weather is not typical for the area. “

„A little far out from Dallas but on the lake!“

„We were only there for a few hours for an overnight stay driving through ft. Worth on our way to Lubbock from south Texas. Family of 6. It was very roomy, comfortable and was perfect for us. It is a great location. I went for an early morning run along the trinity river and was wishing we had more time to explore the downtown and Sundance square area. Thank you for letting us stay.“

„We loved the small town of Denison and this was the perfect place to not only be able to walk to downtown shops and restaurants, but visit nearby areas in Texas and Oklahoma. The place was immaculate and very well maintained. Scott was an excellent host and responded to us with immediate action. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit this area of Texas.“
