„The water park is amazing! The room was nice and clean. I wish the staff had told us we needed closed toed shoes for the extra activities of the upgrade before we paid for it. They did not have extra pillows. We were overcharged for the buffet breakfast, they eventually did fix it.“

„I really want to give our stay a 5 star review bc the place is beautiful with awesome pools and amenities however it is clear there is absolutely no one managing this place. The only staff present are a bartender and chef who comes in on the weekend. There was no one to help us check in and nothing was labeled to know where we were staying.
