"Bett war bequem, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und der Flughafenshuttle reibungslos. Frühstücksauswahl ebenfalls okay, aber zu viel Plastik: Plastikbecher, Plastikgeschirr, Plastikbesteck. Allerdings empfand ich die Sauberkeit des Zimmers nicht okay. Es lagen viele Haare auf dem Boden, vor allem rund um das Bad. Das war echt etwas eklig. Stellenweise hat der Boden auch geklebt, weswegen ich nur in Schuhen da rumgelaufen bin. Auch auf dem Bett habe ich einige kleine Haare gefunden. "

"Too much disposable plastic cutlery, plates and so on. Cutlery comes wrapped in more plastic. I find it very wasteful and not ecological... It would be really easy to have a dishwasher instead."

"The faucets of handwash basin and shower have not been working well. The refridges doors have not been tight because the rubber seals have not been fixed."
