„Fairly priced fo r Gainesville especially in light of other going's on at the time. we were in town for a family event. The location is good, close to campus and close to a Publix etc. Quiet condo complex. Appropriately priced for the unit itself and as compared to a hotel stay.“

„We needed a pet friendly place to stay for one night to visit family. This place was in a local spot close to the highway so very convenient. We were able to have an early check in which we appreciated. The only suggestion I have is replace the area rugs and throw pillows. They were definitely old and very used. I understand the unit is pet friendly but it would really help spruce the place up a bit and help with pet odor in general. Other than that it served its purpose. “

„Very good place to stay. Very well organized and accommodating host. Check-in was easy with clear instructions from host. There is an assigned covered garage parking spot. Many restaurants to walk to, farmer’s market on Sunday. Not sure if it was just an occasion or they do this every Friday and Saturday, but they had live music in the courtyard. One can listen from the balcony or while walking around or having dinner as all places have outdoor seating. “
