„Absolutely wonderful, peaceful place to stay right on the Ichetucknee with all its wildlife and pristine beauty. Property was clean, well equipped, and spacious. Loved taking long morning walks along the sandy roads through the neighborhood, swimming in the cool clear water, watching the fish and spotting ibis, herons, woodpeckers and hawks right from our deck. Kid caught little minnows in the fish trap during the day and toads after dark (we released both). We will be back as soon as we can! “

„To begin with, communication with the owner is outstanding! Daniel goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The house is large enough for a big family! It was clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The house is located close to Rainbow Springs Park. The kids enjoyed the indoor basketball game and the Pac man machine. The hot tub was a hit for both the kids and adults! I highly recommend this property! “

„It was a great stay. I loved that the air was nice and cold. Ice maker worked which was also very nice. Things that could be improved, paint touch ups, kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. Also I love a ceiling fan in the bedrooms. “

„It was very relaxing. Loved sitting out in the porches and listen to the wildlife at night. Great location on the river! I would recommend eating at Swampys restaurant just down the road. Also make time to explore the river via kayak or renting a boat just down the road. “

„When we checked in the dirty towels and linens were in a pile on the floor and the beds were unmade. We called the property manager and she was very apologetic - apparently the cleaning service had not come yet which she said never happens. We went out for dinner and everything was very clean when we got back.The house and pool were wonderful.“

„Overall we really liked our stay. The house is huge and has pretty much everything we needed for a few days. My son loved the pool and the main living area. It is in a quiet neighbourhood with dear passing by on the ground and horses living right behind. One thing I did not like was that the house was not the cleanest. I think it needs a good deep clean (shutters inside are very dusty/in general around the windows inside, the drawers of the dresser in the main room were dusty, the fridge is not ...

„Absolutely amazing place to come and relax, especially with dogs. Very nicely equipped in terms of kitchen and bathroom. Having access to kayaks and bikes is a special touch too! Excellent communication throughout the booking process and stay. The water level was low when we were there so it too two people to carefully get kayaks in and out of the water but all the waterways and places to explore were more than worth it.
