„This cabin was perfect for traveling with a dog since it featured a fenced in yard. Just several hundred feet away from the cabin is The Old Route 66 Parks Store that has wonderful food, and the owner told us about a hidden part of the old Route 66 alignment in the woods across the street from the store, which made for a unique/ nostalgic hiking trail.“

The house was spacious and ideal for our group of 6, with comfortable beds and a great layout. The kids especially loved the fun loft bedroom area and had a blast up there. „The property is beautiful and as advertised. My only problem was not able to take a hot shower. We didn't shower the first night to help them conserve water because of a sign on property asking for conservation of water of where we could. I am very familiar with using facilities with a tankless hot water heater as this one had for I have them in my home. I ran the water for at least 10 to 15 min trying to get it hot but to the best I could get was lukewarm. Interesting the kitchen sink put out ...

„We had great communication as we approached our stay. We were very confident the check-in process would be easy and it was. The only issue was the weather and the host suddenly changed the thermostat setting from cool to heat for us since the temperature got down to 58 overnight.It’s a beautiful home in the woods at about 6800 foot elevation. There is plenty of room for up to five cars in the parking area. The kitchen is well done and easy to use. It was a rainy weekend so we didn’t get to use ...
