„We arrived after 2 days of travel from N.C at 8pm. The pictures of the cottage were deceiving. The top floor had the master with no bathroom and the stairs to climb were quite precarious for 2 people of 70 years. The other bedroom was in the lowest level and smelled like a basement ,and had a lot of stairs as well. The main floor contained the kitchen with a stove that was rusted and dirty as well as the refrigerator didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The host could not help us and also told ...

„The rental left a bit to be desired. The interior was nice and comfortable and clean. The exterior was not as expected. There was no dock in the water as advertised, the paddle boat was filled with water and dirty, the outdoor furniture was not cleaned and had dead bugs all over it. I communicated the week prior to arrival asking about life jackets to use the boats and was told they should be there but it would be confirmed. I kept following up but no confirmation. There were no lifejackets ...

„The location was very convenient. Easy drive to downtown Saco and Biddeford. As well as very quick access to the highway so Portland and other points are easy to get to. Ample parking.“

„We stayed at this property for a second year in a row and it was great once again!! The walk to the beach is so convenient and the house was very clean. We had some pretty intense thunder storms during our stay which led to power outages in the area. The host, Mike, was extremely prompt in his responses and made a point to check in on us which was very kind. We’ll definitely be back!“

The location in Kittery Point allowed for trips to Portsmouth NH, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We’ll definitely be back.“

„House is like new. Well designed for a family and outdoor/indoor dining. Designer Kitchen, wine fridge, grill and hot tub perfect for summer entertaining. Location is all about convenience right on Port road - with a 15 minute walk into Kennebunkport and 25 minute walk to Gooches Beach. Beach parking pass really is key - to just take one car to haul the beach gear while others can enjoy the walk.“
