„Es war das perfekte Hotel in Auckland…das Personal hervorragend freundlich…die Betten sehr bequem…die Hotellobby außerordentlich gemütlich und stilvoll..fünf STERNE … interessante Geschäfte und beste Restaurants unmittelbar in der Nähe.. ebenso der Hafen mit seinen wundervollen Bars und Clubs… bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Auckland werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Hotel buchen ! „Unser Zimmer war gross und sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Gebäude selber befindet neben dem Casino auch der Eingang zum Sky Tower, zum Weta Workshop sowie eine Vielzahl von Restaurants.
In der Nähe des Haupteingangs befindet sich zudem ein Verkaufsstand der Hopp on hopp off Busse. Wenn ihr mit dem Intercity Bus unterwegs seid, ist dies ein perfekter Standort, da sich die Haltestelle direkt auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes befindet.

„I had booked a junior suite and, to my surprise, I received an exceptionally nice room with great service! There was even a hand-written welcome letter as well as a plate with some fruit and pralines on it as a welcome gift.
The hotel is located near sky city which is in a five minute walking distance. Soon there will also be a train stop in sky city so you don't have to take the bus to get to the CBD.
