The manager, The Stay Hub, has a cumbersome and time-wasting booking process involving sending photos of person booking and credit card plus proof of payment. Takes ages to complete. They also said we damaged one of the blinds which we noticed was already damaged but presumed they knew. Lost the damage bond. Could be a hoax. No heating for a cold apartment on bottom story of house and no TV reception“
