„Loved this property. Gorgeous views, amazing pool and a very comfortable stay. Cabin had everything needed and was very clean and comfy. Hosts were so gracious and gave us a great farm tour. Overall a great get away. Highly recommend.“

„Beautiful quiet area, enjoyed the hot tubafter a day of exploring the area. Thw weather had s ow but roads were cleared pretty quick. The house was very homey feeling you walk in and felt like home!!“

The air was also turned on so the home would be cool for us. There is a washer and dryer as well as an ironing board and iron. We were very pleased with our stay. The fire circle was awesome, and the farm animals were an added bonus, and Sam the dog is an extremely good boy. Hosts were kind and helpful, cabin was very clean, and beds were pretty comfortable. There are also bird feeders that are visible from the living room with a lovely variety of bird vistors, and a creek behind the cabin that we walked around in as well. ...

„The home is comfortable and fully accessible. We felt well cared for and had all that we needed from our responsive host. We enjoyed the 5 bedrooms, space to gather, and great kitchen. The only outside issues are Mount Vernon's diminished air quality from industry and being close to an active train track. Neighborhood is safe and attractive. We would go back in a heartbeat.“

„This is a quiet cabin in the country which was the perfect base to visit Shawnee National Forest from. It had A/C, WIFI, and QUIET which are all the things I was looking for. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, and our hosts were great to bring over a new coffee maker when the one in the cabin stopped working. It was a nice and relaxing trip with easy access to dining and scenery. Really enjoyable.“

„Lovely stay. The location is amazing, not only on a lake, but right across the road from the golf course. Fantastic layout in the home, spacious and plenty of bedrooms and separate and together spaces. The best neighbors here, they are a delight. Early morning sunrise and watching all the wild life in the lake is so peaceful.The Garden of the Gods is a must see.The hostess/host are wonderful. “

„We came to hunt spring turkey on nearby public land. So the outdoorsy theme was right up our alley. There was plenty of places for us to sleep, an awesome kitchen furnished with everything we needed and an ice machine to boot. The internet wasn't very good for us, but think it was having issues. You can see the Ohio river not far away out the front door. We'll be back!“
