„Gutes Mittelklasse Hotel, Zimmer etwas veraltet. Bei der Buchung wurde ein Aussenpool angegeben, der aber dauerhaft geschlossen ist. Gute Lage direkt an der Bahnhaltestelle und nah am Flughafen. Tolles Frühstück.“

„Ich war wegen des Marathon zu Besuch in Chicago. Die Unterkunft war dafür sehr gut geeignet, weil sie nur wenige Gehminuten von der Blue Line entfernt ist. Bucktown ist eine sehr hübsche Nachbarschaft, in der ich mich sicher und wohl gefühlt habe. Zum Einkaufen oder Essen gehen bin ich große Umwege gegangen, weil es mir hier so gut gefallen hat. Auch die Unterkunft selbst hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Sowohl mein Zimmer als auch die Community Räume sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ...

„Very lovely property. The restaurant hotel was the highlight of my stay. Brunch, dinner and cocktails were amazing. Also had a nice bibe with the music and live entertainment. If you need a hotel close to the airport this is THE best option. I truly enjoyed myself. “

„The staff was exceptional, willing to assist in any way and very friendly. All areas, including the room, were kept clean. The lobby and garden were truly unique. I even managed to take pictures of a bunny. The breakfast fruit was very fresh and delicious. We would consider staying again. The only trouble we had was clearly marked parking signs and spot availability. “

„Shuttle bus at 2E Level LL offered. No reaction on written announcements. With a call the service was good. Important no service between 11.30 an 4 pm. Business also available from the rental car center. I had no troubles with the noise.“

„Es ist ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern.Allerdings gibt es beim Frühstück immer noch alles aus Plastik da könnte man noch mal was ändern,ansonsten 👍“

"Super nettes Personal. Aber halt ein Motel. Nachts läuft man gerne 30-35 Minuten von der Haltstelle. Tagsüber fährt jedoch ein Bus. Der Denny's gegenüber hat 24 Stunden offen und ist toll. Ansonsten ist auch ein 7/11 nicht sonderlich weit entfernt. Leider war das Fernsehen während meines Aufenthalts kaputt. Schade! An und für sich: man bekommt was man erwartet, wenn man ein Motel buchf. Es hat ein gewisses Flair. Es ist aber nicht gefährlich oder so. Heruntergekommen, aber das erwartet man ja."

If you want to sleep, choose another place

"Well functioning airport shuttle and a well-equipped big gym. That’s the two positive aspects I can mention. Apart from that the hotel does not fulfill the function that people use a hotel for- get sleep when they are away from home. My room was exactly after the runway so the departing aircraft’s flew right over. Instead of using triple-glazed windows or other measures to reduce noises, they only have very old windows not protecting guests from the noise at all. I don’t now how often I woke up from departing airplanes but I now can differentiate very well the sound of narrow and wide body aircraft’s during take off 😂 Please do not give the feedback that I have ti expect this at an airport hotel. The night before I stayed at Atlanta airport in similar proximity to the airport and they had well isolated window systems reducing the noise to maybe 25% of the level of the Hyatt Regency at O’Hare airport."

"Late Check-Out ist möglich...und das obwohl der normale Check-Out erst um 12:00 Uhr (12:00 am) ist! Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend. Shuttle-Transfer zu Terminal 1 ist perfekt und fährt jede 30 Minuten."
