Villa 91 is a trendy and modern Holiday Villa which has been styled in a refreshing beach theme. Located at South Shores Resort, Normanville on the Fleurieu Peninsula and with an outlook overlooking the lagoon, it offers a holiday experience with a difference for families and friends. The Resort is located in a private gated secure community, with direct access to the beautiful Normanville beach and is surrounded by scenic countryside where horses, cows and kangaroos graze.
Relax in the comfort of open plan living, kitchen (equipped with stove/oven, fridge and dishwasher) and spacious dining and lounge areas on the upper level. These areas open out through bifold doors to the balcony deck, where you can socialise, barbecue and have a drink or two whilst enjoying the views along the lagoon, which include water fountains and various birdlife. A powder room with toilet, basin and vanity located adjacent to the living areas is handy for your guest use. Also located on this level is a separate laundry area, which includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Accommodating up to 7 guests, this Executive style villa features 3 bedrooms, all located on the lower level and with built in wardrobes. From the Master bedroom step out to your own private deck area on the lagoon and alfresco area. The Master has a Queen bed and its own ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and bedroom 3 has a double trio bed (single on top, double below) - both have ready access to a generous size 2nd bathroom on the same level.
Enjoy the landscaped gardens of the South Shores Resort and various facilities including 2 solar heated swimming pools, bike track, basketball stand, children’s playground area and reserve/barbecue areas. Walk direct to the beach a few minutes away via the board walk at the rear of the Resort. Explore the many attractions of the Fleurieu region outside the resort, which include sporting activities, fine food, great local wineries, arts and crafts and a variety of festival, show and market events.
