„We stayed here as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids - 10, 6 and 4) in the traditional Japanese room. We didn't get in till 6ish and left early so we could get to Kamikochi but I wish we had of added another night or at least got there at check in time to make the most of the facilities. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the onsen. The traditional room is set up for tea when you arrive and then the staff comes back later to make the beds for you. The kids loved the experience. „Its a very good hotel with a fantastic onsen a great view and in the near of the shinotaka ropeway. They gave us free bycicles to go there. The only thing I didn't check properly was to book breakfast and dinner. In the middle of nowhere it is impossible to buy food out of season. So we had to order breakfast and dinner which cost the same as two nights in this hotel. „Sehr schön gelegen, wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer. Mehrere Möglichkeiten um ein tolles heißes Bad zu nehmen, sowohl innen als außen. Das Essen is japanisch aber sehr gute Qualität und viel. Das Hotel ist etwas älter, das sieht man, aber das stört nicht. Sehr nettes Personal. Würde jederzeit wieder hingehen.“
