„We enjoyed our stay at this beach front gem. The back yard is amazing with a path to the beach. The house is tastefully decorated oozing with character and has the features you need . Grill, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge with ice and water dispenser.2 coffee makers (one with k cups and one traditional). „We had a lovely time at this very clean house. Notes for families: one bedroom is on the bottom floor, and three on the top floor (may not work for all families). One bedroom on the top floor doesn't have a door. It's in the common area. It worked for us, but may not work for everyone. Sony was very responsive and had very detailed check in and check out procedures. Overall it was a great stay and I'd recommend this place to anyone! „This was a great space for our family to take a quick trip before heading back to school! We had six teenagers and seven adults and there was plenty of room for everyone! The beach was great, and only a hop, skip, and jump from the house. Close to grocery stores, Walmart, and Target. And we found an amazing seafood house, Surf Rider, just down the road at the marina. Would definitely stay again!“

„The home is newly renovated/built. Contemporary furnishings and a nice upgrade to the neighborhood. The parking is in the rear of the house. Only access on arrival is around the front. The listing makes it sound like there’s a hot tub but there’s not. Overall it’s comfortable and clean. “

„Be aware of parking, we ran onto a snag with parking because we drive a larger truck. If your in a car you would have no problem. The owner was wonderful to work with and rectified the problem. We would definitely stay at this owners listings again. “

„Overall, we had a great stay. For the owner/management company some suggestions: consider updating the dishes, silverware and cookware. The dishes are plastic and silverware had no regular sized spoons. I bought a set of pots/pans for us to use while there because what was provided was in such poor shape. Also we were going to use the grill, but it was dirty. The property and accomodations were otherwise good.“

„We arrived on the first day and could not take showers after long plane trips due to one broken shower head and the other shower that was grossly clogged with gunk. We had to demand the property manager to come fix the problem. She asked my son to help with the repairs. The basic cookware was missing. Some family members felt uncomfortable with the beds due to how flimsy they felt as two large bodies Tattempted to stay still all night so the bed would not break. The house is a bit drabby.“

„We stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful property. It was clean and spacious and had a great fenced in yard and back deck. We enjoyed the gas fire pit both nights. The only suggestion is that the outside couch cushions could be cleaned and freshen up (but the condition may be due to coming off the cold season).
