The kitchen is well equipped and has an island for extra storage and entertaining. Main floor has 2 bedrooms including primary suite with king bed, smart TV, and blackout curtains. Secondary bedroom has queen bed and built in desk.

Basement is fully finished and has second living room with cozy sectional and smart TV, game room area with second dining space and Murphy bed, 2 bedrooms (one with queen bed and the other with full bed), full laundry room, secondary kitchen and 1/2 bath.
