„The staff are amazing! Truly added to our visit. This is a high class boutique inn with only nine rooms and a couple cottages. We had our own little courtyard. The breakfast was superb! Way over the top. Russ, Valerie, and Becky all added to the fun. Can’t wait to come back. *****“

„This is a wonderful beautifully build place in the nowhere. Stylistically you get into an old western hotel, with a lot of taste much attention to detail, beautiful gardens, balconies and terasses. We sat outside for breakfast and enjoyed good wine on the balcony at night. The staff is hard to reach but everything is well organised, we found a message with a key code whwen we arrived. The next restaurant is 15min, and 30min to Durango. “

„Sehr schönes B&B mit allen Annehmlichkeiten die man sich wünschen kann. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind groß und haben super bequeme Betten. Man kann die Abende auf der Terasse genießen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und man hat eine super Auswahl.“

„They were not there! Abandoned! Electricity off and the entire place cold. “

„This is a very nice place to stay. When reading the description, it states 1 locked bedroom and 1 bathroom and shows pictures of the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and patio. It does not say, 6 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with rented rooms. There was approximately 10 people in the house with 2.5 baths. It worked out fine but I didn’t realize that this was a room rental. The stay was pleasant. I just like to know what I am renting when I agree to a rental. Just want others to be aware.“

„We thought we booked a house but it was only a room. 3 other people in the house thought the same thing. We were sent a text the day before check in asking if we were aware it was only a room rental and the house would be shared. At that late notice what were we to do? There were 6 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bathroom. This sort of booking is unsafe and unacceptable. We booked two nights but only stayed one night due to some circumstances that scared us. This should not be allowed to happen to anyone ...

„ This is a lovely place out of the hustle bustle of the busy town. The property is absolutely beautiful with a little pond. There’s deer in the yard geese flying. The climbing tip was very nice. It was like a room actually but the bathroom and everything. We will definitely return and tell our friends about this place.“

"It is just an oldish place, that is trying to make ends meet. The breakfast is pretty random. During our stay of three nights the juice machine broke and fresh milk for coffee had to be substituted by packed containers. It's kind of family friendly though. Easy to access and staff that is really trying to make things work. Easy to get around. Reasonable roomsize. Pool is quite small. Cleanliness is just okay and house keeping was skipped one day with no option of rescheduling. All in all I wouldn't go again but at least we had a place to stay in order to explore beautifully Albuquerque and New Mexico!! "

Erlebnishotel . Für 1 Nacht okay.

"Es ist ein Erlebnis im El Rancho Hotel zu wohnen. Die einfachen Zimmer sind jedoch sehr eng und es ist recht hellhörig. Der Service im Restaurant ist eher schlecht und langsam. Da sollte man dann besser die Route 66 Zimmer, die ebenfalls zum Hotel gehören, auswählen."

"We had been there 5 times, but this time was really bad. No housekeeping service, terrible noise of the ac even when switched off, temperature in casino was so cold that we didn't want to spend money on the slotmachines, both restaurants were closed. We have another reservation that has been booked for a long time for thursday and hope for a better stay. "
