„Very nice property and surroundings “

„We stayed here for a couple of nights while we were in the area to do some hiking at Cloudland Canyon. First, looove the location! It's not too far from everything but far enough to be very peaceful. Also loved the rooftop lounge- it was a great place to see the stars. Also loved seeing the hang gliders. House was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Host was very nice. I'd definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!“

„My self and two sons spent 3 days just hanging out and catching up on life. Enjoyed the hiking trails at clouland canyon, Chickamauga battlfield, event went to Rock city.Last time we were there the boys were 10 and 7, now 34 and 31.Wow how time flys.Dave waa a great host and provides us with a great place to relax and plan future adventures. „This property was amazing! Right on the AL/GA line and very private. There are no curtains/blinds which felt a bit weird, but honestly no need for them as it sits on a wooded lot. The lake view was so pretty and relaxing. The outdoor dog area was fit for a king...fenced it with all the luxuries to make your furry friend comfy, including AC. „The property was very nice, clean and well kept. The rules and instructions abundant. The highlight for me was the back porch (with hot tub) which is surrounded by trees and nature. A bonus was the fenced yard for the dog with easy access to the back porch. The home is very isolated which we enjoyed but know it is quite far from town on dark windy roads with patchy internet. My only ding would be that I thought the river was closer to the house. The photos kind of make it look like it is. There ...
