„The property is under renovation. Doors are difficult to enter room. The pool was down, beds are hard like plywood box, Sheets had hair on them, shower wasn’t clean. No sofa bed/couch as stated in room choice to accommodate number of people. No receipt given for deposit nor proof of stay. Cancelled room within 10 minutes of being there. Asked for refund, front desk clerk/manager gave run around with the third party trying to contact to confirm that I cancelled the room. I do not recommend. I was ...
