The room was dirty, found the roll of toilet paper with no paper at all, dirty toilet seat, cracked bath tub, one of the bed sheets soiled, the chair full of dog hair and dirty. The room had a horrible strong cigarette smell. The front desk clerk didn’t let my 2 boys and I use the restroom until we checked in, once he gave us the room key and my son rushed to the room to go to the bathroom he found a naked couple inside the room we were assigned.
