„Unfortunately after spending a long day driving(10+ hours) we had to wait a while to get keys as the front desk person was having a hard time with the computer. She did let us into our room but then we had to wait for her to call and go back and finish the paperwork. Took about 30 minutes. There was hardly any lukewarm or hot water for the showers. Sign on bathroom mirror stated towels and linens would be changed daily and they weren’t . We chose this place to stay as I specifically searched ...

„The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word ...
