„I had a terrible experience staying at the Red Lion in Kansas City. The hotel was dirty from the moment I walked in. The hallways had a strong unpleasant smell, and the room was not clean at all. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned before my arrival, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing and nothing like I expected. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, but this property failed in that regard. I would not recommend staying here ...

„There was broken tiles in the bathroom and the plug in the bathtub didn’t work. The room was dirty. It’s been a week and we still haven’t gotten our hundred dollar deposit back. We let them know the morning after about the damages in the room that were already there when we got there. The customer service was terrible. They also charged us an additional $30 for two kids to stay there.“
