„We've stayed at The Elms a few times over the years and it never disappoints. Beautiful historic property. The grounds are pretty. The rooms are comfortable. Spa services are fantastic. Staff is helpful. Eat off property though and explore the town. Service in the restaurants has not been great for awhile.“

„The staff and facilities are great. love the location. However, this place has by far the worse shower's in KC, in fact the worse showers in Ks. or Missouri. In today's world it's a crapshoot on water volume and pressure. Other places we stay at are 10 times better. You might as well grab a bar of soap and jump in the pool.
