„Spacious rooms. From the bellman to the valet top notch. Only issue was our room wasn’t ready and was told we would get a call when it was and our luggage would be sent to our room. When we got there looks like there was a different front desk person and our things were still sitting in the lobby. They redeemed themselves with an amazing room service breakfast. Best Eggs Benedict if ever had. Plus the bar in the restaurant had top notch service. “

„Das Hotel aus den 1930er Jahren ist sehr schön im Art Deco Stil gestaltet. Die Lage in der Stadt ist sehr zentral, alles ist zu Fuß oder mit der kostenlosen Metro, die ebenfalls nur 100 m entfernt ist, zu erreichen. Auch die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, aber etwas abgewohnt. Die Klimaanlagen sind sehr veraltet, lassen sich nicht abstellen und rauschen rund um die Uhr wie ein Wasserfall. Der Service an der Rezeption, die teilweise noch nicht einmal besetzt war, war zum Teil ...

„As advertised. Clean and comfortable. Accessibility to the Plaza and Westport is excellent. Parking good. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is shower needs upgrade and the lock between parking lot and patio needs repair. Otherwise we recommend this property...“
