„My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed our stay at La Residence Blanc. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We liked that this hotel was owned by a Cambodian family and it's clear their focus is on their guests. The facilities were also beautiful - from the relaxing pool in the center of the property to the spacious rooms with comfy beds and a lovely shower and bath. „They should tell you that there is no elevator. Also there was no light in the stair way at night. You had to find the switch in order to see where you were going. The TV and the security safe were not working either. One staff was able to communicate with us. The others tried to accommodate us to the best they could. The breakfast was fine and the place was clean and they did a good job looking after the room everyday.“

- water out of service for several hours

„We were not able to check in. There was no one to assist us when we went to the place. When our guide was able to contact the number we were told to cancel the reservation. Due to poor internet connection in the area, we were not able to process the cancellation. We requested for a refund but was denied.“
