„The cabin was clean and very comfortable, and the staff was kind and patient (being tired after a long day on the road and a little absent minded I immediately locked my key in the room lol). The only glitch was that the hot tub was inoperative at first, but they sent someone down right away to fix it. We were looking forward to jumping in after our long day on the road, and so we had to wait quite a while for it to heat up enough to use, but at least we did get to use it and it was lovely.  ...

„This hotel was in like-new condition, our room was spotless, as was the hallways and dining room. The location was very convenient on a hilltop for nice views. We look forward to staying here the next time we visit Blue Ridge.“

„Bed was comfy. In the shower there was conditioner in the shampoo so I couldn’t shampoo my hair. The body was pump was totally broken. I told the guy at the front desk and he had ear buds in and he just stared at me and didn’t write it down. Who knows if he even heard what I said. I think $50 is way too high for a pet. I say lower your prices and get a deposit then when everything is fine you give it back. Our dog is completely potty trained and clean. Why so expensive?“

„The room was adequate , nothing fancy, but TV was difficult to get working, and no instructions. However, the breakfast was horrible, unless you're a big fan of honeybuns and yogurt for breakfast. Ugh.“
