„This property met all of my family's needs, ages ranged from 4-mid 40s. It was clean, very large and even had extra amenities that my kids thoroughly enjoyed like toys, books and some snack foods. Check-in/Check-out process was very easy. Beds are very high which we are not used to but stools were provided at each bedside. Some minor safety issues we noticed, like an extension cord hung over the primary bathroom door as there was no outlet for the bedside lamp. Neighborhood is a bit more run ...

„Guys trip to see Dodgers/Braves. The townhouse was perfect for us. Great place in a great location. Only negative was the AC didnt see to be working very well but it was chilly that night so no big deal. Host was very communicative and flexible for what we needed. Thanks!“

„I had a great stay at 498 Woods Drive, I felt like it is the best kept secret of the forest in the city. The house was very spacious loved the kitchen we prepare breakfasts for my family. Everything was immaculate in the house. The neighbors were friendly It was a quiet neighborhood. We sat in the back yard lit a fire in the fire pit for the mosquitos and relaxed in the hot tube.“

„The property is just like the pictures on the listing. The decor was nice and it was equipped with all the small things you would need.Once we arrived I started noticing small things that needs to be updated. The house is located in cul-de-sac which was nice,but the neighborhood going to it looked a little sketchy. “

„It’s in a rather quiet neighborhood, just out of the city. The amenities were nice, has a tv in every room, AC is simple to navigate and clear set of instructions in an easy place to find. “

„The street is quiet and the house is a comfortable environment. Host is responsive and has anticipated your needs while away from home. We celebrated my daughter’s graduation from Spelman college. My family enjoyed their stay at this home.“

„We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was exactly as pictured and everything was clean. It was great for our large group and had plenty of seating and space to accommodate everyone. Location was very convenient. The hosts were timely in response to our messages as well. We will definitely stay here again!“

„Such a cute little place, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Drive way needs some work and doesn’t work well for larger vehicles. Had to pick up the rugs because loose rugs on hard floors don’t work well with wheeled luggage but there was enough space for my crew and we would stay again.“

„I love the house. It was amazing. We had a small gathering with my family for NewYears and it was perfect. The only issue was the trash from the neighborhood was all over the front yard. There is a whole by the edge of the driveway and me and 2 of my family member stepped in it. It needs to be filled. The cleaning crew could do a little better ant preparing the house for the next guest. Other than that I would visit again and recommend to others.“

„So open and light, we were comfortable as soon as we walked in. Beware though, if you like firm beds this may not be for you. The beds were soft and downy, soon as i fell into them i was out cold and slept like a rock. The water in the house took a bit to warm up, and figuring out some of the knobs on the insanely huge shower (we made jokes about all 8 of us being able to shower together, mostly to gross out the kids) but in honesty 3 people could shower together comfortably in the master ...

„I really enjoyed my stay! It was easy finding my way around; house had all things needed for stay. The host was very quick to respond to any little inconvenience I had and did not make me feel like a bother at all! Overall, this will always be where I stay in Atlanta.“

„The place was fine. Needs some attention, and had lots of minor things (needed towels, toilet paper, ant killer, heat) and owner was very responsive, though still waiting on refund that we didn’t receive. It served its purpose, and typically you wouldn’t need heat in Atlanta but one night the house hvac was at 56 degrees. This was during a snow storm so again, we know that’s usual. The owner seemed to be very responsive and helpful but once he took care of it, he never gave refund. “

„My family can’t to ATL for my son’s graduation from GT. The property was very clean, well maintained and well stocked with pots, pans, dishes… We had everything we needed. The location was perfect for the occasion and the host was very responsive and answered questions promptly. I will definitely rent it again next time I’m in Atlanta. “
