„Perfect location and very nice proprrty.The only trivial thing was the property indicated a washer & dryer, it did have sort of, a laudry facility for the building for a charge. Just wish that was more clearly stated. Otherwise a great property.“

„This was the best location, in the heart of Boystown. Clean apartment with all the basic amenities. The price was very reasonable as well. Complaints: located directly above a nightclub and the noise comes through the floor until 11pm. The bathroom is tiny and needs a refurbishment. “

„The location is tremendous and the complex is very quiet at night, even with the train tracks close by and the window open, it was nice and quiet with just whooshing train sound. (this is important because sometimes people dont want to stay by the L, but I thought it was really quiet in the neighborhood and the train sounds were minimal. „Directions on accessing the unit were difficult to follow. The heat was not working well and it was a very cold week in Chicago so it was uncomfortable. Someone was in the unit without advance notice or our permission while we were out which was a security concern and not acceptable. “
