„The apartment was furnished and decorated to a very high spec with lots of tech gadgets. Cooling fans in all the rooms and plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances of good quality. The bed which was high end with a Tempur mattress was firm. It might suit some guests but for us it was too firm. A few too many air fresheners! We are sorry to say that the sofas weren’t comfy in particular the sofa bed again too firm even though we appreciated they were of a high standard being Italian leather.“

„Fabulous cottage in a wonderful location. Views are amazing. Love the balcony. Lovely decor and has everything you need. Very close to shops, bars and restaurants. So peaceful and quiet. Definetly plan to return.“

„Christina has literally thought of everything you could possibly need on a break away. The cottage was very well stocked with essentials even down to a sewing kit, torches and umbrella. The biscuits and wine was very much appreciated after our long journey. The cottage was clean and very welcoming. The bed was comfortable and bathroom stocked with essentials too. Great base for seeing Suffolk. Do not hesitate to book this gem.“

„Lovely place - well equipped, and very responsive host! Very quiet and relaxing - great chance to unwind while also having the coast and Hull nearby to explore.“

„Really impressed with Bailey’s Beach house. On arrival everything was pristine including all the kitchen appliances, soft furnishings and cleanliness. It is a credit to the owners and cleaning staff. The position on The Bay is good, near to facilities and no problem parking at the rear of the property. Can’t wait to return in the near future.“

„Would have liked if the owner met with us when we got to the house to explain some things. Specifically, that the water heater and the heating were pre-programmed and what that meant.“

„Brilliant and located in very quiet rural hamlet. Just what we needed after a day on the race track“

„We had a great long weekend at Echo beach, the house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, Also a great location right next to the park, would definitely recommend and we would stay here again.“
