„Eigentlich alles gut. Mühsam, obwohl wir schon zum vierten Mal dort waren immer neu e-mail und Telefonnummer angeben zu müssen. Die versprochene Gratisflasche Wein von hotels.com als Goldmitglied haben wir schon zum zweiten Mal nicht bekommen. Sonst mögen wir den Charme dieses Hotels sehr und das Personal gbt sich grosse Mühe...“

„quality of the in-house dining experience doesn't match the profile of the hotel. The facility keeps a very high level and are at the top in the area. but considering the normal high quality of the Italian dining experience, this hotel consistently underperform unfortunately. I still would recommend staying here since there are several really nice alternatives outside the hotel.“
