„2 things I didn't like - 1) they provided disposable towels instead of actual bathe towels, 2) although mentioned that WIFI password is on the room phone, mine was no where to be found and it was past midnight and the lobby was unmanned, thankfully I booked 2 rooms for my group and the other room has it. However, the signal in my room was rather poor. But it was overall good value considering you get 40 mins of private onsen per occupant for each night's stay.“

„Beautiful building but the amenities are lacking. There's no soap in the bathrooms. Also it's far from the train station and there's few buses.“
