âClose to Ubon Uni. Rooms for 3k baht a month. Very friendly staff. An apt that hĂ s rooms for daily rent. Room was a bit musty but cleared up after a/c ran. Some chill ants, small. Happens. No real bother. Very comfy bed and quiet efficient a/c. little porch area. No elevator. Was on floor 2.â

âHotel located in a residential area. Japanese drums banging every evening till late night. Dogs bark at 230am, 340am, 440am and sometimes other odd times. Room is spacious but so called hot water is luke warm. Property is not equipped for disable persons as there is no elevators. Breakfast is very simple with instant coffee only. Only positive thing is staff is nice and friendly.â
