„Luke was super with communication. The place was fantastic with all the comforts we needed. The locking system was very simple. Only scary part were the homeless that were going around. Did not realize it was a very run down area. Very shady part of the town. The property by itself was doing well. Extreamly clean with very good co-tenants. „TerribleThe night we were to check in and the property owner only informed us then that the property was not available due to plumbing issues. We had tried to contact him five times the previous week to ask questions and there was no response. This should not be allowed to happen and there should be accountability on return communication when a guest is trying to contact the host., Horrible!!!! “
