Every little detail of the place is beautiful!! The hosts are so sweet and so quick to respond if you have any questions or concerns. Everything was so nice and so adorably decorated! „We were visiting from Detroit, MI with our adult children for an event at the Rocket Arena in downtown Cleveland. This was exactly what we needed for the five of us. Everyone had their own rooms and we all were so pleased with how comfortable the beds were. Two bathrooms were great! The location was nice and close to the venue and close to restaurants and downtown area. Lots of sitting areas throughout the house to visit with one another, which was really nice. “

„The rental was extremely clean, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, and the nine bedrooms & 3 baths were a bonus for a family gathering! The owner, Matt, is excellent at replying to emails! We will definitely stay there again!“

„Great location on the strip! Easy walk to everywhere. Lots of room. Firepit outside with wood is a nice addition. Only issue is outside the front door, and parking area needs more gravel added to alleviate the mud and puddles. Would definitely recommend. “

Comfy beds, every pot, pan, utensil, coffee press, (3 ways to make coffee, nutra bullet, courtesy snacks, cosmetic basket of anything you may have forgot, heated toilet seat, sons loved the Xbox in basement, recliners so comfortable he fell asleep & never used his room. Robes, towel for hot tub, heated towel rack in bathroom, why anyone would get a hotel instead of staying here is beyond crazy as we stayed @ the Hilton Garden Inn downtown ...

„I would like to start by expressing my appreciation for the prompt responses I received every time I had a question or concern regarding my reservation. However, I would like to address a few issues we encountered during our stay. Your amenities list states that we would be provided with shampoo and towels. Unfortunately, we did not receive any shampoo, and although we had towels, there were only two provided for three adults. Additionally, the washcloths appeared to be dirty. When we prepared ...

"Wir kamen sehr spät am Abend an und waren auf der unteren Etage untergebracht, Alexis eine sehr zuvorkommende Dame an der Rezeption. Leider meinten einige Gäste sie müssen vorne beim Frühstücksraum zusammensitzen (was ja nicht schlimm ist) und eine Party feiern in einer sehr starken Lautstärke. Da das Hotel sehr hellhörig ist und man jedes Lachen oder laute sprechen gehört hat, war es unmöglich in den Schlaf zu finden und somit musste ich nach vor gehen und Alexis bitten den Gästen Bescheid zu geben, was Sie auch ohne Probleme gemacht hat. Ansonsten war alles einwandfrei."
