„Rooms were GREAT, the staff was GREAT, breakfast was GREAT. Pool was under renovation so can not speak to that. ONLY negative thing I have to say is the TV guide - impossible to use, they offer lots of channels but good luck on actually finding something to watch via the guide - ended up endlessly scrolling channel by channel to see what was on.“

„Though the staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were not clean. The first room I was given had a distinct smell. I was given another room which the bathroom was not clean ( dirty towels and soap still out). I was finally upgraded and given a somewhat clean room (something was on chairs and I wiped chairs down) and tub did not work. Very disappointed.“

„We loved our stay but there was a clogged drain in the tub the entire visit and no housekeeping. You had to put a tag on your door which no one told us about. Not a usual hotel standard so how are guests to know? A heads up when we checked in would be helpful. The room was decorated in the 1980's (Think Hyacinth Bucket in Keeping Up Appearances) - it is in desperate need of an update. The property is beautiful and the hotel has great potential - we hope they make updates or it will be a true ...

„The Most unfriendly staff I‘ve ever seen in a Hotel. They Talk with each other, are extremely bored and walk around. And if you interrupt them with a question or something else they are unfriendly. Bed was not made, breakfast was a grab and go. Not worth the Money. “
