„Loved my stay at this hidden gem! Scott was great, very attentive and helpful. The place is gorgeous, lots of history and decore. The breakfasts were spectacular as well, especially the Caramel French Toast: WOW! Will definitely stay here again if Im in the area.“

„Louie's property is a wonderful place to spend a night or two when in the Akron area. He is extremely proactive with communication to see to the needs of his guests and has stocked the common areas of the house with items for use or purchase. The rooms are spotless, and Louie is extremely polite and informative with suggestions on dining and sightseeing. You can tell he takes pride in his business, and he should! “

„Property was picturesque. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Much appreciated the no smoking, no pets. Hosts were warm and friendly. Made you feel at home and welcome. We were upgraded to a cozy cabin that was clean and modern, with beautiful views. Loved our visits at breakfeast with Carol & Doug and other guests. Will plan another future visit.“

„The VRBO was super clean with easy access. There were a couple things to be aware of. the bed is super sqeeky, any movement will be squeeks. Second, the walls are super thin and can hear every noise, party, and music going on until 1:30 am. “

„The hosts were delightful and very welcoming. The Rooms and bathrooms were all updated and very nice as well. The lower floor's asthetic was more cluttered, but I was told that they were working on remeding that. TBH, it reminded me of my Grandparents farmhouse. My wife and I would stay there again; my teenage daughter, not so much. “

„First they should advertise free parking with this unit, that's a plus. The bad side: They never reached out with the code to get in, I had to call. They gave us the wrong address. They gave us the wrong code to get in the building. The door to the unit had dead batteries and we had to wait 45 minutes for someone to let us in. The pillows were flat. The towels were small and cheap.“

„We felt so at home in this lovely cabin. It was spotless and had all of the comforts we'd expect at home (and more). The playground was a major win for our kids, and the views make you feel tucked away in the woods. The cabin itself is gorgeous. It's close to the Amish country sites. We couldn't ask for more.“

„The property owners insisted on collecting my credit card information instead of charging you through VRBO. They tried to put a surprise damage deposit charge on my credit card (that wasn't mentioned in the listing) two days before check in. They didn't send the check in instructions until I called from the airport in the evening. And the apartment was filthy! I don't think the carpets had been vacuumed in weeks. I recommend you stay away from this one.“

„We were happy with the accommodations. They matched what we saw in the listing. The hosts were responsive on getting back to us when we had questions. The location was very convenient to downtown, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The neighborhood looks to be in the process of gentrifying, but was generally safe. “

„It is a really nice oft and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Glad to have gated parking. There was some confusion with the company who handles the payment process in that they called to cancel the day of, then called to say never mind you’re okay. I did have good response from the owner via Vrbo, but received check in information very last minute that made me nervous. Check in was a breeze. „I would like to start by expressing my appreciation for the prompt responses I received every time I had a question or concern regarding my reservation. However, I would like to address a few issues we encountered during our stay. Your amenities list states that we would be provided with shampoo and towels. „This was a very clean, convenient spot for our weekend in Cleveland. Loved how close it was to Little Italy for great food, and we walked to the Art Museum and Botanical Gardens. It was perfect!“

"Wir kamen sehr spät am Abend an und waren auf der unteren Etage untergebracht, Alexis eine sehr zuvorkommende Dame an der Rezeption. Leider meinten einige Gäste sie müssen vorne beim Frühstücksraum zusammensitzen (was ja nicht schlimm ist) und eine Party feiern in einer sehr starken Lautstärke. Da das Hotel sehr hellhörig ist und man jedes Lachen oder laute sprechen gehört hat, war es unmöglich in den Schlaf zu finden und somit musste ich nach vor gehen und Alexis bitten den Gästen Bescheid zu geben, was Sie auch ohne Probleme gemacht hat. Ansonsten war alles einwandfrei."
