„My guy & I decided that this was the perfect stay for us: I wanted a B&B but he doesn't like 'staying in a bedroom in someone's house'. We had our own large cottage that has a wonderful, quirky vibe & breakfast that you pick up on a large tray & bring back to your cottage! It is located on bend in the Missouri River & the view is breathtaking. It was the perfect location, too, halfway between the river town of Washington & Hermann in wine country, both fun places to visit.“

„Dan was a fantastic host as well as being a very kind person! Rosie, the cohost, might be somewhat intimadating at first glance for some, but she is a very sweet character when you get to know her. Breakfast was made with love by Dan and the whole house is tastefully original as was my room. The area itself is very inviting and parking is absolutely no problem. A stay that will always be positively remembered.“

„House was small and not especially clean. Behind curtains and stairs were dirty. I have stayed in old homes before. This one was small and not especially welcoming. The history was interesting though. I like cats and they did not bother us. The cats seemed to be more comfortable than any guest. Our room was surrounded by bathrooms. We did not have to share the Jack and Jill bathroom but the one in the hall was as if it was ours, it was so close. The automatic light in the hall came on ...

„Our stay at the Grain Bins was excellent! The spaces were exactly as described! Everything was very clean and well appointed. Communication was great. We especially enjoyed relaxing around the fire pit. Homemade breakfast each morning was such a nice touch! Added bonus: The Hermann trolley was able to pick us up and drop us back off at the end of the day. Highly recommend staying at the Hermann Grain Bins and hope to stay again in the future!“

„We had a lovely stay at the Purple Victorian. We were in town for a wedding that evening, and its close proximity without a two night minimum stay made it absolutely perfect for us. I loved the style and charm of the room. It was especially ideal for Valentine’s Day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best nights of sleep I have had in a long time. Check in was seamless, and communication with the host was quick and easy. We highly recommend staying here.“

„Staying at Stone Haus was like visiting a distant relative. The owners were friendly and inviting. Their dog Mandy was also friendly. The place was filled with various antique pieces and paintings. It made us feel right at home. The breakfast we were served could have fed twice as many people. We did not use the hot tub though it was offered to us. Its location offered a quiet neighborhood and lovely scenery. It truly felt like home. the experience was lovely.“
